Watercress Mushroom Salad


A watercress package washed and cut off

A large cup of sliced fresh mushrooms

Onion cut into slices and rings

2 lemon juice

A quarter cup of olive oil

Spoon white vinegar

Salt, pepper, spices and sumac


How to prepare it 

Put some salt, warm water and vinegar on the onions to remove the strong smell and leave for half an hour

Drain onions and wash thoroughly

Put watercress with mushrooms and onions

Mix the lemon juice with olive oil, vinegar, salt and spices and whisk well, then pour it over the salad and serve cold.
