Tomato Soup with Cream


  • 1-2     kilos of tomatoes
  • 2         medium sized onions
  • 2         Green pepper
  • 1         hot pepper, if you want
  • 4         toasted slices, toasted
  • 1/2     cup cream
  • 2         cube chicken stock
  • 3         tablespoon oil
  • Salt and Pepper
  • 3         lovers
  • 3         Masked
  • 1         liter of water


Boil the tomatoes in water for 2 minutes, remove the water and remove the outer crust.

  • Cut onions, tomatoes and pepper medium pieces.
  • Season onions with salt, put in a saucepan and fry in oil to melt and then add the pepper and fry for 3 minutes.
  • Add the tomatoes, sprigs, lettuce and black pepper over the onions and fry the mixture thoroughly for 3 minutes.
  • Add water, skimmer, cream or cheese, stir well and leave on fire for 15 minutes.
