Indian Chicken

1 kilo                   boneless chicken thighs cubes

 2 teaspoon        black pepper

1 tablespoon      curry powder

1 medium cup     yogurt

                             garlic

 3 tablespoon       oil

1 teaspoon          cumin powder

1 teaspoon          cardamom

1 teaspoon          bay leave

1 teaspoon          cinnamon

I cup                    cream

 6                         cloves

In a mixing bowl mix the yogurt, chopped garlic, curry powder, salt and pepper and the grounded spies then add the chicken cubes and leave them to be marinate for 30 minutes.

Drain the chicken from the marination.

Put the oil in a cooking pan over high heat and start to stir-fry the chicken till it’s almost cooked, then lower down the heat add the cream and cover the pan and leave to be cooked for 15 to 20 minutes.
