Chocolate Truffles


400g (2 bars) Dreem dark chocolate

200 ml whipping cream

Dreem Cocoa Powder

Optional: 1 Tbsp pure Maple Syrup


  1. Chop chocolate with a knife into small cubes then add to a bowl
  2. Heat cream in the microwave or on a stove top just before it boils (don’t let it boil!)
  3. Add hot cream to chocolate and let sit for 5 minutes
  4. Begin to whisk until all the chocolate is melted and you have a smooth texture
  5. You can whisk in a Tbsp of maple syrup for a twist (I did and it was amazing)
  6. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours
  7. Coat your hands & a surface with Dreem Cocoa Powder (counter top or cutting board)
  8. Scoop equal chocolate parts out of your bowl and shape them into a bowl using your hands
  9. Once they are all shaped, roll them in cocoa powder & serve
  10. Optional: You can also sift Cocoa Powder on top of the ready truffles on their serving bowl
